Battery Shores was developed in stages, as were many desirable subdivisions. As a result, four separate sets of Restrictive Covenants were recorded. It is important for each lot owner to understand the specific restrictions that apply to their property, as adherence ensures alignment with the community’s intended design and standards.

In addition, the Battery Shores POA Declaration of Covenants, established in 2009, addresses the maintenance and upkeep of common property and outlines the Board’s authority over matters affecting both the POA and the community as a whole.
