Nearly all lots within Battery Shores are subject to covenants and rules that are designed to keep our neighborhood a desirable place to live and help maintain property values. Our architectural review committee must review all new construction plans to ensure the rules and covenants are being followed. In fact, the City of Beaufort will not issue a building permit without the Board's approval.
